Can I ship my bike?
YES, SHIP YOUR BICYCLE TO THE TRAIL OFFICE & WAREHOUSE. WE CARRY INSURANCE THAT PROTECTS YOUR INVESTMENT IN YOUR BICYCLE. You can purchase either:
1) shipping for self assembly/disassembly, or
2) shipping for full service assembly/disassembly.
When you purchase either one then you will receive and email confirmation along with a form and instructions to include with your bike.
1) Self Assembly/Disassembly
When we receive your bike box we will notify you. Then Wednesday we will deliver it to the staging area for the start of the ride where you can assemble your bike. You may come to our warehouse and pick up the bike at an earlier time too. On Sunday we will pick up your bike box and bring to the warehouse. On Monday or Tuesday after the ride we will get your bike box & bike to UPS or FedEx. There is a $25 fee and you can purchase that service by Clicking here. You are responsible for shipping costs and containers.
2) FULL SERVICE Assembly/Disassembly:
Our mechanic team will assemble your bike then on Wednesday we will deliver it to the staging area for the start of the ride. On Sunday we will take your bike, disassemble it and pack it into your bike box to ship back to you. On Monday or Tuesday after the ride we will get your bike box & bike to UPS or FedEx. There is a $75 fee and you can purchase that service by Clicking Here. You are responsible for shipping costs and containers.
For either option above please send your bike with adequate lead time to arrive at our location prior to the start of the ride. If you are requesting FULL SERVICE ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY. then please be certain the bikes are shipped in time so they will arrive no later than Friday April 14th. If you are coming to town early and need your bike beforehand, please give us advance notice.
