Parking & Arriving

MAPS & PARKING PASSES WILL BE POSTED HERE

Parking Bikes & Vehicles:

  1. If you come in on Wednesday then you can lock your bikes up to our racks overnight outside at the expo & campgrounds (Wildcat Brothers Distillery @ Gator Cove). We will have security overnight and this is also the location for tent campers.

  2. If you are staying at a Lafayette hotel every night: You can drive over either Wednesday or Thursday morning and drop off your bike at expo & campgrounds (Wildcat Brothers Distillery @ Gator Cove) then drive back to your hotel, park your vehicle, and catch the shuttle back to expo & campgrounds.

  3. If you are camping or staying at Microtel in Breaux Bridge (Thur - Sat night), then you will park your vehicles in the designated long term parking located at 100 James Comeaux Rd., Lafayette, LA. The lot is between Residence Inn & Discover Inn. You will see the sign for “Shuttle Stop #3”

  4. PRO ADVICE: It is an easy 2 mile bike ride from the Lafayette hotels & long term parking to Wildcat Distillery. The route will be marked.

Parking plan for those staying at friends & family or Bed N Breakfast:

If you are staying outside of our designated shuttle plan, e.g. friend, family or Bed & Breakfast and you do not have a driver to move your vehicle, then this plan will accommodate you:

1) Drop off your bikes at the check-in expo/start of ride on Wednesday or first thing Thursday morning.

2) Thursday morning park at long term parking (100 James Comeaux Rd., Lafayette, LA). Then shuttle to the start of the ride then do the ride. On Thursday you could easily ride your bike.

4) When you finish the Thursday ride in Breaux Bridge, catch the shuttle back to retrieve your car.

5) Friday and Saturday park in downtown Breaux Bridge (not on the campus of St. Bernard School) along Main St. or Bridge St.

6) On Sunday reverse steps from step 2).  In the morning drive to long term parking to shuttle to Breaux Bridge for the start. After the ride you can either ride back to long term parking or shuttle from the finish party to the parking.

RV Parking:

  1. If you are staying at Bayou Wilderness RV Campground then please drop your bike off at expo & campgrounds camp (Wildcat Brothers Distillery @ Gator Cove) before setting up at Bayou Wilderness. We will have limited shuttle services to and from Bayou Wilderness Campground (no bikes on the shuttles please).

  2. If you are planning to park at CZ base camp we will send you parking permit and map after you purchase RV Parking Permit. You will need to arrange for logistics to move your RV on Thursday and Sunday.

Sunday Finish:

We will finish at Cafe 20.3 on Sunday. From there it is an easy bike ride to long term parking and Lafayette hotels. We will also have shuttle service running between hotels, long term parking and Cafe 20.3.
