2024 Rollover, Refund & Transfer Policy

We consider our refund, rollover & transfer policy to be one of the most generous. However, we encourage you to consider purchasing “Travel Cancellation” insurance. In some cases the insurance may cover registration fees in addition to the cost of flights and hotels.

REGISTRATION ROLLOVER

Rollover registration requests must be emailed to info@latrail.org prior to March 15, 2024.

To redeem your “rollover” simply send an email to info@latrail.org requesting a discount code to reregister along with the confirmation rollover email we sent you and we will issue a discount code for you to apply to your purchase of your Cycle Zydeco Registration. Use that promo code before we have price increases.

UPDATE: If you rolled over your registration and want to transfer it to someone you can do so for a $25 fees. Just email us to let us know who you are allowing to use your registration. Include their email address so that we may contact them

Registrations that have been rolled over are not eligible for refunds.

REGISTRATION REFUNDS

For New Registrations Purchased for after June 2023 the following refund schedule is ineffect. . If you registered outside of the CycleZydeco.org store with a third-party processor like BikeReg.com, EventBrite.com or Active.com, then the amount refund will exclude any credit card charges or fees that the third part processor collected.

To Request a REFUND: please send an email to INFO@LATRAIL.org.

2024 CASH REFUND SCHEDULE:

• Before January 15, 2024 then 90% of registration fee will be refunded

• January 15, 2024 – February 12, 2024 60% of the registration fee will be refunded

• After February 12, 2024 no refund is available. Please see the Ro NO REFUND AVAILABLE (SEE ROLLOVER OR TRANSFER OPTIONS)

TRANSFER REGISTRATIONS

Cycle Zydeco registrations are transferable to another person for a $25 fees. In order to elect this option, send a request to INFO@LATRAIL.org requesting the transfer before the end of the day on March 22, 2024.  There is no guarantee that we will have a matching size jersey for the person receiving the transfer.  

BIKE RENTAL REFUND POLICY FOR MAJOR EVENTS:

More then 62 days before the event 95% of rental fee

61 days before the event: 90% of rental fee

31 days before the event: 50% of rental fee

30 days or less to the event: no refund

ROLLOVER your Bike Rental to the next year: 100%

We encourage you to consider and shop around for “Travel Cancellation” insurance. Travel insurance should typically cover registration fees in addition to the cost of flight and hotels.
